A large bank was facing the challenge of a disconnected workforce. The challenge was to develop a stronger sense of engagement with the organization as well as drive home its values.
The key to success here was to engender a sense of ownership of the organization and its values among employees. Multiple workshops were conducted at various levels of the organization, detailed research, both quantitative and qualitative was conducted and the results verified with participants. The values were then shared with the employees and built into the annual targets and performance reviews:
